1. Information We Collect

KhanxTools collects minimal information to operate the service:

• No account data: KhanxTools requires no registration. We never ask for your name, email, or any personal details to use the tools.
• Analytics data: we use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate usage (pages visited, browser type, approximate country, tool interactions). We do not track which files you process — file names and file contents never reach our servers.
• Advertising data: we may display ads through Google AdSense to keep the tools free. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings.

2. Your Files Stay on Your Device

All PDF processing in KhanxTools happens entirely within your web browser using client-side JavaScript libraries (jsPDF, pdf-lib, pdf.js, mammoth.js). When you upload a file, it is loaded into your browser's memory only. It is never transmitted to our servers, never stored in our database, and never accessible to us or any third party.

3. Cookies & Local Storage

We may store small preferences (such as UI settings) in your browser's localStorage. This data stays on your device and is not sent to our servers.

Third-party services we use — Google Analytics and Google AdSense — may set cookies as described in Section 4. You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings; the tools will continue to work.

4. Third-Party Services

• Google Analytics 4 – anonymous usage statistics. See Google's privacy policy.
• Google AdSense – may serve advertisements that keep KhanxTools free. Google's use of advertising cookies is described in Google's advertising policies.
• jsDelivr CDN – serves JavaScript libraries. They may log your IP for CDN purposes.
• Google Fonts – serves typography. See Google's privacy policy.

5. Data Retention

Since we collect no account or personal data, there is nothing for us to retain or delete. Analytics data is stored by Google in aggregate form under its own retention policies. For any privacy question or request, contact us at contact@khanxtools.com.

6. Children's Privacy

KhanxTools is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
