Every action updates the thumbnail grid in real time — so you see the final page sequence before downloading anything.
Drag any thumbnail to a new position in the grid. The order you see is the order the pages will appear in the downloaded PDF — what you see is what you get.
Click the rotate button on any thumbnail to spin that page 90° clockwise. Click multiple times for 180° or 270°. Use "Rotate All" to apply the same rotation to every page at once. Rotation is a metadata change — no image quality is lost.
Click the delete button on any thumbnail to remove that page from the output. Useful for stripping blank pages, duplicate covers, or pages that shouldn't be shared.
Each page is rendered as a visual thumbnail using the actual PDF content, not a placeholder. You can verify the correct order, check orientations, and confirm page counts before downloading.
Drop a PDF onto the upload area or click to browse. The tool loads every page as a thumbnail — this may take a moment for longer documents.
Drag thumbnails into the order you need. Click the rotate icon on any page to spin it 90°. Click the delete icon to remove a page entirely. Use "Rotate All" to apply the same rotation to every page at once.
Click "Save PDF." The tool creates a new PDF with your changes applied and downloads it to your device. Your original file is not modified.
Some common situations where rearranging PDF pages is needed:
Pages scanned in the wrong order or with mixed orientations — reorder and rotate to get them into the correct reading sequence.
Blank pages, duplicate cover sheets, or confidential pages that need to be stripped before the document is shared or submitted.
A few landscape pages scattered through an otherwise portrait document — rotate the individual pages that need fixing without touching the rest.
Reordering sections, moving cover pages to the front, or putting appendix pages at the back before submitting a formal document.
